Please allow me to introduce you to one of the most nutrient-dense nuts in the nut family! Macadamia nuts are rich in vitamins & minerals like Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus
and potassium (just to name a few). Not to mention, chock full of healthy mono-saturated fats!

These beautiful nuts have been linked to several health benefits
such as the potential to boost heart health, improve gut health and reduce one’s risk of metabolic syndrome.

Our personal favorite nugget is that these nuts are loaded with
antioxidants. Most notably, flavonoids, this antioxidant fights inflammation. Furthermore,
this nut is rich in tocotrienols, a form of vitamin E with antioxidant properties. Vitamin E is a major beauty booster, can help reduce inflammation that can manifest as acne and other skin problems.
